Grief reminds us of what we are missing and what we value
When we turn towards our grief and learn to hear the messages in the pains, we can begin to move forward, healing our sorrow and restoring what our soul is seeking.
The goal of grief is to make your life complete and whole again.
A Lifetime of Grief
Some of us experience grief from the very beginning of our lives. All of us will encounter times of grief, periods of loss, trauma and change. The ability to effectively reflect on and process the emotions that will arise during periods of grief will make or break our ability to gain back what we have lost and heal our broken heart.
Join me as I share what I have learned about using grief as a period of healing and transformation. I will show how to be blessed with what it takes to go from grief to ever increasing amounts of glory, even after the greatest of losses.
Learn the Goals of Grief
Grief teaches us to honor and acknowledge our losses. It is a time of transformation and change. We awaken to deeper truths coming from our soul. We ultimately learn what we value and how to have compassion for ourselves and others.
A Heart is made to Heal
With every loss we can lose a piece of our heart. Grief reminds us of what we need to heal our hearts of past and present wounds.
God is "The Helper."
God is located in our hearts and as we turn to Him we can rest in His wisdom and clarity around the situation at hand. God is unconditional love and compassion. Our grief is a signal to God that we need HIs council. strength and healing.
